Our Fees
Initial Meeting
The initial meeting is always complimentary. It typically takes 30-45 minutes and we can discuss
whatever is on your mind. There is no pressure to do any paperwork or start working together at
this point. Most people just want to go over a few goals they have and strategies for how to
accomplish them.
Mutual funds
Mutual funds pay an advisor a commission for being the advisor on the account, these charges
are typically 0.25% a year based on the account size. Some funds also charge an upfront fee
called a load. These fees are part of what the funds expenses are, they are not an additional fee
added on to the account.
ETF’s
We have a variety of ETF account models that range from 0.5% a year to 1% a year, depending
on how active and hands on you are wanting to be with the account. These accounts do have a
$5,000 minimum.
Advisory
An advisory account starts at 1% a year then decreases depending on the account size. These
accounts do have a $100,000 minimum and are mostly invested in individual stocks and bonds.
Retirement Plan
Full retirement and financial plans start at $1,250 a plan and go up depending on the complexity.
Clients that have a mutual fund, ETF or Advisory account with Core Wealth Management
receive these plans as part of their existing management. Referrals from Dave Ramsey will also receive this plan free of charge.
Finance 101
Finance 101 is a personalized coaching course, it's $250 a month and we meet twice a month.
The goal of these meetings is to learn what they should have taught you in school. We will cover
your personal budgets, debt repayment plans, insurance, how credit cards work, how to balance
a budget and more. There is no contract and you can end the course at any time.
